Zoe Boston, professional art psychotherapist spent 6 weeks on a RuRi mission, delivering free art therapy to child survivors of CSA at a children’s shelter in Ragama, Sri Lanka.  The shelter had contacted RuRi and asked us if we could offer something to help with the healing of trauma.  With limitation on time and availability, we managed to offer a 6 week course for the children to help empower and heal.

In addition, Zoe offered free Art Therapy to our youth RuRi Volunteers, hosted at our head office facility, Om Space Yoga Studio, Colombo.

For child protection and safeguarding purposes, no images will be available of our work at the children’s shelter.

Images below have been used with consent from our youth volunteers, all aged above 18.
